My responsibilities included: - Develop testing processes; create, execute, and maintain test cases, analyze results - Ensure quality of releases, test new functionalities and bug fixes, help troubleshoot issues - Report bugs and proposed improvements to refine customer journey - Support content migration project (onboarded and supervised external people) to migrate all webshop content (10 locales) from legacy CMS (flat structure) to new CMS (slice-based) - Communicate with customers related to sales tax exemptions, approving certificates and tax refunds - Responsible for correct functioning and usage of company’s back-end systems (incl writing and keeping up to date user manuals, instructing users, communicating functional changes to stakeholders)

Functions: Accounting management (organization of working time, control over the timely and proper registration and reflection of primary documentation, making payments to the budget), checking for accountants, tax calculation, preparation and submission of tax declarations; Conducting internal training for company employees on taxation and accounting, as well as participation in monthly training sessions for professional and personal development; Establishing relationships and negotiated with new customers, ensured compliance with clients’ corporate needs and objectives
